Chupa-Ku, Volume XVI & XVII: No. 76-85

by Juan Manuel Perez

it is very hard
to believe in your own eyes
goat-sucker is real

October is for
“Chupacabra Awareness”
not just Halloween

throw them bleached bones
gamble with chupacabras
you already lost

there is no love lost
whether business or pleasure
for chupacabras

why worry about
terrible chupacabras
worry about man

trying hard to be
a good, grey chupacabras
goats still go missing

this forsaken place
serves roasted chupacabras
on platinum platters

hungry and beastly
digging hard, a tunnel
under the pet shop

temple of the beast
where chupacabras secrets
remain unbroken

knock down the front door
Pooh Bear inside his tree house
better than honey
