The Pistol Nebula burns a
Phenomenon spectacular;

The Pistol Star—Dwarfing
Our beloved Sun in relative
Comparison and in mind

Blowing fashion takes us
Far beyond where we are.
Hidden behind a stardust

Cloud is the Archer of the
Constellation Sagittarius;
Along the Milky Way bar

Lies the mysterious, huge
Hypergiant; regal royalty
Amongst the cosmos is

The (dazzling) Pistol Star.
