A Stranger in My House

by Jean Jones

I feel like a stranger in my own house

I love my children
but I am estranged with my wife

My wife and I
hardly speak to each other

I feel like a stranger in my own house

What can I do…
Where am I to go…

I feel so alone-

What can I do?
Where am I to go?

I cry out to you
to help me connect

I feel like a stranger in my own house

What can I do?
Where am I to go?

Reach out to me-
Reach out to me-

I beg to touch your hand-
Stranger, reach out your hand-

What can I do…
Where am I to go…

I feel like a stranger in my own house
