Mable’s Roach Coach Diner on Wheels

by Richard Tornello

From the tarmac to the table
We’re Organic Road Kill Mable.
We only serve what we hit,
And we most assuredly never ever use a brick.
Served right here
From the counter of this truck

It’s organic. We’re sure it’s nice
No NGOs or artificial color
Only asphalt, and real concrete flavor
Along with a little bit road dust, just for spice.

From street to the plate.
From tarmac to the table.
We are most certifiable.
Get it now while you’re able.
We only serve what we hit.

Tar-tare or well done?
Pulled or on the bone?
Squashed and slippery?
Call us for delivery.

BEEP BEEP TOOT TOOT
