Flower of Death

by Sebastian Popescu

Beneath the ocean floor,
Underneath the surface,
There lies a cave of creatures,
Full of oyster shells.

There in the darkness,
Lay the black falcon unicorn,
Underneath the shells,
Hidden in that darkness.

The Unicorn has come out,
It has shown its flame,
There in the darkness,
Just beneath the ocean floor.

There lays no sun,
Darkness has prevailed,
Underneath the world,
Just one flower grows.
