Falsehoods

by Richard Tornello

A crack, a split in the warp and weave of the universe,
our universe, the multiverse,
revealed micro-macro-double-split-round-about-the-slit experiments.
Bubble, bubble, 4d black hole's holographic shadow singularity.
A Copernican view, opposed to: the Ptolemaic universe centric
we're the only ones, centered.
(Off kilter suggested).
But then what of the philosopher's and metaphysician's claims:
Infallibility? Transsubstantiality, from the dead reality?
Too much vested,
Too much into the heads of those from science arrested,
Fear.
And then, what of time?
No such thing.
Natural rhythms, yes.
Pulses of energy, of course.
Time: the need to organize to survive,
a construct like these words, symbols.
A finger pointing to the moon is not the moon,
but taken for reality, mass hypnosis, again.
