Wind’s Rabies
by A. J. Huffman
I flow out of myself.
Become a wave.
Of fluid.
All sticky and red.
The perfect solution
to eat your skin,
your bones,
your heart.
Your nails don’t matter.
I’ll eat them too.
Hear them crunch.
Crackle and burn.
I’ll bury them.
Better and faster
than they can me.
