Plantigrade People

by Lester Curtis

Listen to the song here

Plantigrade people got no grace
Try to run, they fall on their face.
They stand still, their knees go straight;
Plantigrade people are in a sad state.

Plantigrade people, heels down low
Drag their feet wherever they go.
If they try to walk on their toes
Plantigrade people fall on their nose.

Plantigrade people, they got the blues.
Feet don't work, they got to wear shoes.
Shoes don't work, they only feel worse.
Plantigrade people stumble and curse. Ow!
