Flash Fantasy: The Legend of MiddleEarthenTown

by Joseph Cameron

Smoke wafted from Grimwald the Wizard’s meerschaum pipe, and Bordabor the dwarf ran a finger down the razor edge of his battle-axe. Twinkle-Toes the Halfling snuck from the shadows and snatched a steaming leg of mutton from a table in the Inn, but a cloaked stranger sitting in the corner saw him. The smoke from Grimwald’s pipe made Morken, the invisible evil priest of Bogdrom, cough, and Lothlalathol the Elf brushed his blonde hair aside and shot Morken with an arrow before Morken could cast the spell of Doomnation that would cause all meerschaum pipes to forever vanish from MiddleEarthenTown.
