The Circle Complete
by Alasdair Muir
Echoes, Voices, Steps and Stone
the concrete walls standing tall
a city of a million souls.
Yet what place have souls and magic
in this lost place of
science, logic, and rational man?
Perhaps the most praised:
for who is brilliant that is not mad?
Who solves the riddle of logic but
with the heart of a mage?
Til the circle is walked and closed
and we stand once more in fear of night
and cower in concrete towers?
