A Serious Problem for a Friendly Soul
by Christopher T. Dabrowski
Translated from Polish by Julia Mraczny
"Well, we've finally finished undoing these damn incarnations," I muttered as we approached the heavenly gates.
"You're the one who can rejoice, but I…" he sighed until his ectoplasm bubbled.
"Why are you complaining?"
"Why? Just look at me."
I looked and only now realized the problem.
While my soul had two minor cavities, his looked like Swiss cheese.
I felt sorry for him, but he might have been good - he could have ripped the rotten bit and thrown it into the ectoplasmic furnace after
every incarnation when he was bad.
By the way, the furnace was named: Hell 2.0.
