Library of Alexandria
by Martin Tomlinson
I had to get to the river, once I got to the river I would be able to
jump though the portal. Behind me the librarians screamed at me to
return the books that I had stolen.
“ If I return them they’ll be burned tomorrow!”
Of course all the librarians looked at me like I was crazy. I ran to
the river and jumped in the water of the Nile. I felt like a top as I
spun round.
When I opened my eyes, I was in my apartment with the longest over due
books, from the Library of Alexandria.
